	Enter your first initial and last name, all lowercase. Do not include spaces or special characters such as apostrophes. For example a valid username would be robrien, not ro'brien. Hyphens are acceptable.
	Enter your ARDC Number or DCBA Member Number. Enter your ARDC Number exactly as it appears on your card. If you have changed your password, enter that. (You can only change the password after logging in using either your DCBA Member Number or your ARDC Number. A link will be provided for changing your password.) If you have not notified the DCBA of what your ARDC Number is, please call 630-653-7779 to obtain your Member Number.
